Set up in 1999 as a drop-in centre for Youths-At-Risk by the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary, the Poverello Teen Centre (PTC) aimed to help youths develop their potential and skills. For the past decade, the Catholic Welfare Services has owned and provided support for PTC to run its programmes for Hai Sing Catholic School. The Centre is now a collaborative project of CWS and Boys' Town which provides comprehensive services for the at risk youths in school and out of school.
